There are various customer portals available from SM8 Partners, we have been exploring the possibility of creating a ServiceM8 Customer Portal from ERP/MRP/CRM sector. Why would we do this, I guess the short answer is because this is a feature not offered by ServiceM8 in its core offering and Add-Ons. When will ServiceM8 Franchise End ServiceM8’s Franchise Management system will end next year, it will being deactivated on 30 September 2022. This directly affects the franchisor “head office” and call centre account, which is used to allocate leads, deploy settings, and report on franchisees - directly to associated ServiceM8 client accounts.
