ServiceM8 users come to us a different stages, from, investigating systems, to having run a successful service business for over 10 years – all wanting to improve productivity and use of tech.
Typically everyone we have conversations with, that have used ServiceM8, are offered a mini-audit – this enables us to fully understand how the system is working for the business owner.
The mini-audit allows us to identify and report quick wins for users, and also gives us a chance to make recommendations/proposals on how the system could be better used by business and owner.
In order to make sure that our help/guidance is accessible to all, we do not charge for our initial mini-audit. The report will typically have three or more: ways/addons/strategies, with some guidance – that will make a difference to the way that your system/business operate.. all that you need to do is act on the information and recommendations – should you choose.
If business owners do not have the time or internal resource to act on any of the recommendations, or if they wan to improve the use of ServiceM8 through a strategic approach, engaging with us on more in depth series of projects.
Our pricing structure is as simple as we believe we can make it:-
- Free mini-audit, followed up with a 20 minute call (if requested)
- Half a day support (4 hours) purchased up front – £360 (=£90 x 4 hrs).
- Time/support is called off, each month as required
- Calls/emails that take up no more than 10 minutes of our time are not billed
- If there is no activity on any given month, a mini-audit and review/report/form/project (30 minutes) will be carried out, in order to ensure that the support moves the use of ServiceM8 forward – making productivity improvements to business.
If you do not feel that you need up to half a day of support, one or two ServiceM8 improvements can be offered on an ad-hoc basis, for example:-
- Creation of custom Quote and Invoice document templates, £90 – including 2x revisions
- Custom ServiceM8 Form building, from £45
- Custom Word(PDF) Report creation, from £45
- Add-On set-up, TBC
- Data Imports, TBC
- ETC.
