Julian is brilliant. I started working with Julian end October 2019 with a two day implementation face to face work. It's really great working with Julian because he explains everything clearly as well as helping with every detail customising to my needs. After that he is very eager to help with any problems I face. We also have subsequent zoom calls to move things forward even more.
